These days meat eating is falling out of fashion which is why it is important to us that as many of our ingredients are responsibly sourced. While food miles are hot on the agenda, traceability should be just as important. With over 40 years of farming experience and a closed herd of pedigree Simmental and Suffolk cross sheep, we bring Yorkshire’s finest to your plate.
